Pilates Classes Are Run as courses in sync with school term time.

Hall Based Pilates Classes

Hall based Pilates classes are available for all ages and abilities, from complete novices to advanced Pilates. Hall based Pilates is available in Weybridge Surrey, and in South London at our Balham and Streatham Hill venues.

Weybridge

Day & Time: Mondays at 12:30pm
Class: Mixed Ability Pilates (Beginners Welcome)

Class: Fascia Release & Pilates for all

South London (Balham)

Streatham Hill

Take part in live, online Pilates classes in the comfort of your own home.  Each week we have Pilates classes that are suitable for any age or ability, as well as classes that specialise in helping those with back pain.
