Rosa Reeve (nee whitehead) founded Pilatespluswellness in 2007 as a natural extension of her passion for health and her desire to help her clients feel the best they can in their body and mind. Rosa took up Pilates after an injury to her back and realised the huge benefits you gain. Rosa previously was a Radiographer in specialities such as neurology and oncology and has a wealth of medical knowledge, she draws from and puts to good use in the injury rehabilitation and safe workouts provided for clients.
Rosa started her fitness Career in 2005 combining Personal training and Life coaching. Although she still combines Personal training with Pilates for her 1:1 clients(please visit Rosa Reeve Functional Training page) she focuses on Pilates now and provides numerous courses for clients. Recently becoming a mum Rosa loves helping other mums with her mum and baby Pilates classes. She is also specialising in providing Pilates for Children and running courses for Children very soon.
Rosa has many years experience in Pilates and has done numerous courses listed below and continues to do courses ongoing to provide the best for her clients and to always provide new exercises and ideas to help clients with their movement. Rosa trained with Body Control Pilates and has been taught by Lynn Robinson and many other teachers working for Body Control; one of Europe’s most established Pilates schools. Apart from her qualifications clients seem to most like Rosa’s classes for her friendly encouraging manner and she genuinely cares about helping you feel more relaxed, happier and better in your body. She is very intuitive with her teaching and has a great eye for seeing whats needed in a class and adapting accordingly. You will walk away from each class feeling taller, more body aware and stretched out as well as calm and relaxed. A good way to start or finish your day!
Rosa has clients of all ages, ranging from their early 20s to late 70s, and all have seen a great difference in their shape and movement since combining Pilates with their weight training regime. They are also able to relax and concentrate a lot more effectively.
Rosa implements relaxation, stretching and focus exercises at the end of each session. As well as Pilates, Rosa loves running and cycling and has recently completed a half marathon for charity.
Rosa contributes to local schools and supports local charities by offering sessions for auctions. She also provides coaching sessions for children to help with confidence as well as adults.

Michelle began Pilates as part of her National Diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance at London’s Urdang Academy. She soon discovered how instrumental it was in her dance training, injury rehabilitation and prevention, and in transforming the body. Whilst living in South Africa Michelle decided she wanted to share the power of Pilates and qualified as a comprehensive and mat instructor at the Pilates Centre SA. She went on to teach one-on-one and group classes at the centre, as well as several different studios. She found that her background in dance gave her a deep knowledge of body alignment and how to use the body and mind to get maximum benefit from each exercise.
Michelle currently teaches 1:1 and small group sessions for PilatesPluswellness as well as the other work she does. She likes to push students within their individual ability, and in her classes you will have fun and work hard!

Having had a great interest in exercise and movement, Chidem trained as a Body Control Pilates Instructor in 2009.
Chidem works for pilatespluswellness teaching both group classes and one-to-one sessions at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and also pregnancy pilates on a wednesday. She focuses on body re-alignment to create healthy movement patterns.
Jana teaches Mum & Baby Pilates at Tonight on Thursdays at 10:35am on Northcote Road SW11. She is also available for 1:1 home sessions and 2:1 sessions.
