I hope you are all coping with lockdown and are well and safe. To help you stay fit, strong and healthy and also good in your body and mind I have put together these Youtube videos for you which are broken down into

  • Toned arms and shoulders and chest workout;
  • Core blitz workout and
  • Toning your legs and waist workout.

They are challenging so listen to your body and adapt as you need to as shown in the videos.

If you have any medical issues or concerns obviously consult your Dr before exercising.

We also have our zoom Pilates online Summer term that we are doing weekly and have 15 group classes a week running. We have our FREE pyjama Pilates sessions 6:30 am Monday – Friday and live-streamed for 24hrs as well. So please do join us and let us help you with your health and fitness.

Hopefully, we can start up our class group sessions in halls again from September 2020. Let’s see how we get on with COVID 19.
