Autumn Term – Tuesday 7pm Mixed Ability Pilates with Jara 8th Sept – 15th Dec 14 week Course. £210 Card payment for full payment or bank transfer option. If you wish to pay in two parts bank transfer payment can be made. Email Rosa if you wish to do this. Once the course is running clients can join after the course has started subject to space and drop in option is available subject to space. Email Rosa to book if you want to join after the course has started.
Mixed Ability courses (beginners welcome but we advise if you have no experience in Pilates you do a 1:1 course before or soon after joining the course so go over the basics for you) The classes involve exercises which have beginner option to advanced option and clients go at their own level. It is a flowing class with different focuses each week and new challenges combined with relaxation and stretching.
We have a no refund policy but we do offer any make up sessions within the term via zoom if you can’t attend one session and give us 12 hours notice.
