SummerTerm 24th April – 17th July  12 week course. No class half term 29th May.  Payment can be via Direct bank transfer or click card and pay via stripe.   Refer a friend new to the course and get 10% discount each. Email Rosa for discount code.  . We offer a make up zoom recording or live class, if you can’t attend a class and give 12 hours notice you can make up the class within the course at any other class running subject to space(within the booked term).  Also, once a course is running we also offer drop in option as well £17/hr.

Mixed Ability Plates is for all levels but we layer the exercises and offer basic to more advanced option so everyone can work at their own level. We also tailor the class to the clients in it and so the focus is structured to your needs so you get maximum results and feel stretched out, worked out and calm in your mind.
